This building is a joke The security is even a bigger joke The way this building was built is disastrous You can hear everything as if you live on the street Unless you live in the last 5 floors which I would hope you don't hear You can hear your neighbours and their dogs the air conditioning is very odd their is an engine noise It's not a quite area at all

Where to start by having the elevator not working since June 2013 to have fluds that are not yet fixed since summer of 2013 from having the property manager not taking any tenant into consideration and having dogs run around with no leash and bark at 12 am by tenants Many people move out after just a few months of living after realising how this building is run At first it looks very presentable and a good idea to live in this place specially thinking you are in a nice area My advice do not even think about it you have dangerous beggars around the building drinking anyone can walk in the building burglaries happening and the elevator has not been working for 6 months Anyone who lived here will tell you this 35 Balmuto is not worth any penny landlords are desperately trying to sell their units
