Was not disclosed before signing rental agreement that there was an ongoing issue with bedbugs in the building over the last couple years with active infestation of 4 different apartments in the last year Building has a mixture of residents approx 60 60 approx 30 40 60 10 under 40 Went five days without hot water as a result of manager and Mericor not heeding repeated notification of water issues over a 7 month span and then water system fully failed Location is great 10 minute walk to downtown Maintenance is listed as poor as fixes to date have been half assed I would not recommend but would suggest it to anyone that needs an intermittent place to stay where you don't mind throwing out your furniture when you leave to ensure no cross bedbug contamination
