The Dynasty at 4505 Hazel Street is one of two similar towers built by Bosa The other is the Monarch Their unique blue color gives them modern and unique look The two buildings are easily recognizable and the Dynasty is the furthest west high rise on Hazel Street The two Bosa towers are in the popular Forglen area just north of Metrotown Centre and are two of the newer buildings in the area The Monarch and Dynasty offer ample natural light with their extensive use of windows The views from the suites range from the north shore mountains City of Burnaby and more

Prime Location
I used to live on the 21st floor The condo has awesome views of deer lake and burnaby lake as well as the city views of Metrotown It is Bosa built with great floorplans as well as a lot of square footage It also has a steam room whirlpool and fitness I no longer live in a condo but sometimes I miss the ammenities The location is superb It is 5 min walking to Metrotown as well as Crystal Mall

Noisy Condo
There are a couple of similar looking blue buildings I saw a condo in this one It was okay It faced a busy intersection So it was pretty noisy The condo itself was okay pretty plain white condo But it was quite large Bosa built I believe Location is good Everything within walking distance
