The 1 Square Phillips towers will stand 232.5* metres above sea level and will be the same height as Place Ville Marie. With 61 floors overlooking the city, each of the 500+ units will have views of the mountain, the St. Lawrence River, or Quartier des Spectacles.
The project, set for completion by 2024, boasts a 10,000 square foot Sky Lounge with its own whiskey bar and a 4,500 square foot terrasse on the 50th floor.* There is also a hammam, movie theatre, 24-hour guard service, and an indoor swimming pool and spa. Of course, no building can claim to be luxurious without its own yoga studio, juice bar or pet grooming station on the premises.
