Well run building
The Davenport has a live in caretaker who ensures the building is spotless and well managed If there is a problem it is usually fixed pretty quickly The building is also very secure with 24 hr security cameras in all common areas and electronic key access The elevators recently underwent a mechanical upgrade Overall a great building to live in
