For purposes of full disclosure I still do own a unit There are many plusses and a few minuses to living in the building It's clean attractive and well maintained with a good staff and super Repairs are taken care of quickly and the financials seem to be OK The Coop Board is sluggish in response to individual concerns but not to the building's needs Getting to the subway is a pain if you're in a hurry†it's an uphill walk and the busses are slow In the last 6 years the elevators were replaced the lobby and floors re done the exterior of the building was repaired and brought up to code The building has an exercise room washer and dryer on every floor The front area and the roof garden are not user friendly and are rarely used The neighborhood has pros and cons The prices are very reasonable but the maintenance can run high
