I ve owned a unit in this building for over ten years now and am really pleased with how well the building has been maintained as well as how well the surrounding neighborhood has improved Lots of amenities in walking distance and a very convenient location for commuters It's pet friendly and has generally very good friendly tenants There have been a few issues in that past in particular a problem tenant that threatened the good reputation of our community and has since left that the strata committee dealt with proactively and positively A comfortable convenient and attractive place to live

I have visited this building and have been told that there are some not very friendly people living there The police have been there often there are people coming and going and concerns regarding illegal activities The building itself looks well built but the area it is in is well known for gangs It is becoming the DTES of Burnaby

I have a friend that lives in a unit facing the skytrain It's actually really quiet and you're not facing other buildings It's a wide open southern view so better than looking at your neighbours living room window like my apt does Building is really well kept and modern

This complex is very nice The whole area is a nice neighbourhood Nice feel I would definately prefer an inside unit not facing the skytrain I understand that many people don't mind the skytrain but for myself the unit I saw didn't face the skytrain and it was pretty quiet

Well this is a really nice building when I went to visit a freind here I was really impressed with the building from inside to outside The entrance is very inviting quality throughout the building is good Like some other buildings in the area it looks a bit lodge like which is fitting with all the trees in the area This building has a very comfortable home like feeling Unlike some other buildings the design here gives the feeling of privacy you don't feel like you are just living with a bunch of other people There is only on thing I don't like here the skytrain runs right buy the building the unit I visited here is facing SE and you can literally see the people in the skytrain going buy the window If you are not facing that direction it wouln't be a problem though
