Great building Loved it Nothing negative to say I would have bought one there but it was a little out of my price range

perfect well run building
The Oscar is one of the many Concert Property develoments that are a success The suites are a nice mix of bachalors 1 bdrms and 2 bdrms Maintenance fees are below averange and the couple who looks after the building keep it clean and keeping an eye on unwanted strangers Great value and perfect location
