I was visiting a friend who lives in one of the penthouse suites and I absolutely fell in love with it The decks are massive perfect for summertime parties and the wood beams that made up the loft area made my husband and I feel as if we were away on a Whistler vacation Very cool We are actually ready for a move and are holding out for one of the penthouse suites to vacate fingers crossed we hear people don't leave this place very often

WOW That is the best way to decribe this building I attended a wedding here and was left speechlss by the grounds From the outside it is already obviuos that it is something special when you walk up to the complex you are greeted by an abundance of manicured plants fountains etc but once in the inner courtyard you will be amazed From the Gazebo you look over ponds fountians and lush greenery as far as you can see you really feel like you are in a resort Add the trees and trails surrounding the complex and I think this is one of the best in Burnaby Waht makes it even better is that it is affordable The only negative is the maintenance is a bit high but it includes almost everyhting including free laundry I was very imnpressed
