I completely agree with the previous posters I couldn't get out of there fast enough Terrible filthy building The super is hostile and dishonest and the maintenance is pretty slipshod The only thing they left out is the leaky windows

Property manager is hostile and extremely unprofessional Her attitude is if you don't like it then get the hell out The building itself is located on a busy highway and a go station so every 5 minutes go trains freight trains buses and car sounds roar through the building if you're located on the West side If you're on the East side then it's go trains and freight trains Sun will only shine in the morning on the East and it's cold throughout the day Maintenance hardly do the job right when you want them All in all it's a dreadful place to live especially for the rates they ask for

I agree completely with the previous review Also not mentioned is the ongoing disruption to hot cold water that happens several times a year and the ants

This building is not what it is advertised The only thing nice about it is the location and perhaps the leather couches in the lobby The carpet runners throughout the building are old worn smelly The lobby is not even presented well The managers are evasive hostile and not interested in the improvement of the building They have one superintendent in a building that requires so much maintenance The windows are still the older single pain and allow air in making it difficult to maintain even temperature in the unit Painting whats that The rent is within the market of the area but in fact the building and the units do not match the neighborhood
