I have lived in this building for 6 months and think all of these negative comments are very uncalled for There isn't a day that goes by that I don't see the super about the building cleaning Yes it is an older building it's got some quirks and no perks like air conditioning and washers and dryers but u knew that before you moved in so why complain now As stated by a poster on November 3 the size lay out and location is what this condo building has to offer Oh and it's very dog friendly I am only a renter of unit 501 so rest assured property values are not on my agenda I ve experienced no problems as a tenant If the opportunity to buy my unit were to arise I would jump on it

this is not a building u want to live in they like to support women beating there is not a sauna or a c available this place asks too much for maintenance fee plus they spy on u as well they dont reply to complaints very quickly and they blame the tenants for any issues you cannot have a washing machine or dryer in their units and the residence spy on their neighbours especially the president of the building their is only one parking space per unit the fixing up in this building is done half ass and they dont take care of the emergent issues as they arise buyer beware
