Wellington Court is a very comfortable and centrally located condominium Although it does have a number of issues being addressed these are not cataclysmic The property is very well maintained by professional superintendents who are friendly and responsive The building shares a pool with the adjacent rental unit and it is very clean and well maintained The proximity with a supermarket drug stores coffee shops and other amenities make the location ideal for an urban dweller Being on the highest point in the peninsula gives this property excellent vistas of the surrounding area

This condo has windows that leak very badly in rain and cold weather There is a law suit between the board and the builder as the building is still under warranty There is already mould in some units from the water damage The supers are okay but the property manager is not very good
