My new husband and I bought in this building 3 years ago and have been very impressed The building is very pro active about maintenance and upgrades of everything from the lobbies and hallways to elevator inspections and landscaping It's not a surprise that we've never had to pay a special levee and there aren't any on the books for years to come The 1 6 million dollars in the two contingency funds is very reassuring as well The strata is extremely organized even managing to get the water heating system redesigned to divert boiling hot water previously poured down our drains by the city into our heating system lowering the cost of heating by 30 or so The building has a respectful community that seems to be divided between young professionals and retirees We love the amenities everything from the huge hot tub and pool though it's usually a bit too cold to the large patio perfect for sun bathing or bbq dinner parties with friends free gas barbecues gym squash courts and business centre We also love the short walk to the Sea Wall Yaletown the downtown core and Costco as well as easy access to Safeway and Home Depot which are just over the bridge 5 min drive For us this building is ideal and we plan to stay for years to come

The building was very nice and had a nice big pool gym and billiards room The condo itself was okay Open layout but seemed a little small Maybe the ceilings felt a low or something Okay location
