Issues with Strata
My girlfriend lives in this building and she's had some issues with the strata Wouldn't recommend buying here

Great Building
I really like this building for a number of reasons It is in a great location and it will only get better as there are plans to develop the neighborhood and remove Richard's on Richard's and Madame Cleo's The management is great and they keep the building in tip top shape The only knock I have against it is the number of renters there are and because it is so close to Yaletown and the Granville strip it attracts the young crowd
