Great for investors
I own two units in this building and love everything about it Very pro active strata keeps the place well maintained clean and safe Only down side is the lack of a parking garage Favour the North side as the South facing units are too hot in the summer even with the central air conditioning

unbiased review from a current resident
I ve been living in a 1 bedroom unit at the Electra for over 7 months What attracted me to looking into buying a unit here was the fact that the building looks very unique among the Downtown condo buildings and it's a beautiful building with heritage designation as a bonus My unit is facing northeast is on a low level yet at all times it feels sufficiently bright I love the big tainted windows Love the utterly central location it's literally in the middle of Downtown The security is excellent I am a single girl thus far have felt completely at ease living alone there On the flip side we used to have a very lousy Property Management company Facilitech and the strata Executive last year did a terrible job resulting in significant budget deficit However the newly elected Executive has rectified most of the long pending problems and now everything is arguably back on track

Nice
Friends from out of town stayed in a furnished condo here The condo and building were more than adequate for their stay Location is good right in the middle of downtown I would definitely consider buying in this condo as an investment as well as to live in Just depends on price How much cheaper is it than a condo by the water and Yaletown That would decide it for me
