Much better than my expectations
We bought a condo at the Taylor several years ago This building has a fantastic panoramic view over the water and the North shore mountains from the unit we bought On the East side the view is also very nice overlooking the Dr Sun Yat sen gardens and the South side has a very nice view of False Creek The building quality is good Like every building it has had some problems mainly piping replacements The strata is pro active and the building is properly maintained There has been problems with the 2 elevators and when one is down it can take some time to be able to go back to your apartment Again this happens in many buildings The landscaping is well done and welcoming The lobby is also large and with high ceiling If there was a 24 hr concierge it would be perfect We were a bit anxious about the neighborhood when we bought However it is much safer than we initially thought it would be It is close to the Stadium China Town Station TNT London Drugs and there is a small shopping center across the street International Village And of course you can walk to the Rogers Arena or BC Place We find people living in the building friendly It is also not a party building with young renters throwing parties all the time The maintenance fees are reasonable and did I mention that the view is stunning from the higher floors

Typical for the area
I saw some condos in this area This is pretty typical for the area Overall pretty nice but I didn't see anything that made me want to buy a condo here over the Firenze and Spectrum condos If somebody can shed more light on the differences please let me know Thanks
