I visited three one bedroom units in this building The building itself has several amenities as you are allowed to use the hotel next door facilities separate strata same building Pool hot tub sauna and gym are very well kept 24 hour concierge service is a plus The apartments have a funny layout Most bedrooms don't fit a queen size bed I would consider it for investment as the location is good for rentals Parking is another feature hard to find in downtown Vancouver

Small condos seemed like a higher end rental building I saw a furnished condo for rent here It was decent Would I buy here Well I know the prices are quite reasonable for downtown so I would have to say the value is good

I visited condo here It surprisingly had views of the ocean and the North Van Mountains The condo itself was a little small and it was a little dated I was told that there are a lot renters and good for investors to rent suites out furnished because the condos are connection to the conference centre I personally wouldn't buy to live there but would consider it as an investor
