I ve lived in the building for 5 years since it first opened its doors The views for the most part are good and the floor plans excellent I rent and have no axe to grind The building is starting to show its age this process started almost right away and owners can expect to pay for surprise maintenance bills The building is directly across the street from the Westin Bayshore Hotel's unloading bays and huge trucks begin honking from 6 00 a m If you're an early riser fine if not prepare to be one Underground parking is shared with the hotel and 1650 s is at the very bottom P 5 below sea level Parking is a 5 10 minute trip unless the hotel is having a function frequent and then it's often half an hour Currently the building has 7 empty apartments that either can't rent or won't sell My car has been broken into twice and I no longer lock it thieves are welcome to inspect without breaking the windows
