Seariously the first time I visited this building I thought I was back in the 70 s and that is not easy for me to imagine as I was born in the 70 s I know someone who lives in this building and they just love it Although very dated the building is very well taken care of the location is very convenient and the suites are huge They have a 1 den and the unit is 1050 sqft They also tell me the that roof and the pipes have all been done within the last 5 or 6 years so shouldn't be much to worry about here I love the fact the you can walk out your fron door and be right and witin a block or two you can be enjoying Gates Park or you can be shopping in Down Town POCO This place would be great for youg couples or those with families
