I have been in this complex a couple times and am impressed with the size of the units and the value I have done some checking and the prices seem very reasonable compared to some of the other newer buidlings in the area The other nice thing here is that the building has been parially rainscreened Of ocurse the fact that it is only partially rainscreened leaves you to wonder if it will need more work down the line The other great thing here is the proximity to Gates Park and downtown POCO the location is great you are in a quiet residentail area but only blocks away form all the shops downtown has to offer Building also seems to be well maintained and is very clean in and out
