Queens Terrace located at 1035 Auckland St is situated in the heart of Uptown 1035 Auckland Street s the same strata with 1032 Queens Ave and 135 11 th St with 104 units in total Queens Terrace has been recently rain screened and is still under warranty until 2008 This solid five storey building features insuite laundry gas fireplace open plans security system spacious balconies and great amenities The amenities in the building include guest suite exercise room clubhouse and workshop This building is within walking distance to the Quay Sky Train shops restaurants and so much more

Up and coming area
I ve owned in the building for about 6 months now and great improvements are being made with interior renovations painting new carpets and elevator You are a 6 10 min walk to the sky train station 2 min walk to the IGA Liquor Store and other restaurants At first I thought the area looked a bit sketchy but haven't had any bad encounters with anyone I look forward to see more development in the area

Nice and Clean Building
Very good location within walking distance to shops restaurants and skytrain The building was very well kept The down side is that I didn't feel safe being outside the building at night due to the fact that the surrounding area is not too nice

Good Value
We rented a unit in this building about 6 years ago It was a very clean and well kept buidling suite was quiet and close to everything The only negative for us was the immediate surroundings were not the best this is still the case As a reult I would not reccomend this buidling for families having said that it is a very convenient location close to IGA Skytrain and the quay
