Nice building overall but
Although the units and decks are big the building has settled in several areas leaving sloping floors and hallways Seemed to be getting worse Very noisy on west and south sides because of traffic ambulances all day and night on Pandosy Nice grounds but also popular with local drug users and dealers Homes on west side have clear view to deck of nearby brothel when leaves have fallen Nice walk to beach don't do it at night and downtown except for crossing Harvey as a pedestrian

Large condos close to downtown
Complex is older 1980 s but has massive condo units up to 1900 sq ft Very secure and close to downtown 10 minute walk Beautiful park like setting by the creek
