I would highly recommend not doing any purchases here old security KEYS people who live here just let anyone in The secure parking garage HA HA atleast once a week a car is broken into and they found HOMELESS people living in the garage Even after the remodel of the outside the windows still get water buildup and not very well insulated I know people who rent there just cause it is cheap and a nice neighborhood drug dealer lives in the building Unless the price is low for the one your looking at or you dont care how you live go ahead and buy it
