I own and live in my unit Overall the maintenance is well done Common areas are clean and bright The live in caretaker takes pride in her job Management is by Gateway Neighbours don't interact very much There are no rental restrictions in this building attractive to investors a huge turnoff to owner residents A lot of tenants are young overseas students You can tell this is their first time away from home because they love to party It's common to be woken up at night because the partiers decide to congregate on their balconies to smoke yell and laugh Or they smoke yell and laugh from within their units making it difficult to identify their unit Gateway responds to complaints but they will grill you on confirming the source You will see in the strata minutes many noise complaints every month and almost every time the perpetrators deny the allegation If you submit a noise complaint better catch the perpetrators red handed difficult to do when you only have access to your own floor I ve resorted to snapping pics and vid and keeping a log of suspects This isn't what I dreamed I would have to do after saving up to put a downpayment on my first home If you have a high tolerance for noise I mean a really high tolerance you don't mind someoone stomping above and below you slamming kitchen cupboards blasting music and movie noises all around then the maintenance of this building is attractive Just don't expect to stay long Move on if you can

Owned a property in this building The unit was very nice Looked like one of the better condo buildings in the area Location is good and bad depending on your perspective A little further walk to the skytrain than other condos in the area but it isn't as busy around the condo Overall can't think of a reason for one not to own in this building
