Maybe trouble ahead
On the surface this is a really nice building exterior looks great and the lobby area is very upscale The suites are also great plans I know someone in the building and theie suite is very well laid out nice view also The issue here is that from what I have heard from the person I know is that there may be water issues here and they have taken the route of patching rather than repairing Could be wrong but I would say that anyone buying here should look over everything closely Prices seem to be very affordable but there may be a reason
