Windwhistle Building
We stayed in this building just a few nights ago and we can say for a certainty that the common areas in this building are not being maintained or cleaned We have pictures of stairwells your only access to the units showing very dirty and worn out flooring a hole in the wall many cut outs in the ceiling emergency lighting fixture hanging from the wall very dirty floor in the laundry area on the 3rd floor and no light bulb there either The back entrance door has broken glass and there is a piece of scotch tape over one of the cracks The entire stairwell needs painting If you are looking for a nice place to holiday then don't put yourself through walking up these stairs to get to your condo There is no fresh air moving in the hallways or stairwells either
