Clean building best location in Vancouver
I used to rent a suite here and quite simply this is the jewel of Vancouver living Right next to shopping at Champlain Mall elementary schools community centers golf course library and parks Metrotown shopping center in Burnaby is also within a 10 minute drive The grass and shrubbery is always kept beautifully and there is a wonderful waterfall area and greenspace in front of the building It's such a great place that the Attorney General of BC is a resident and the MLA representing this area Crime is virtually non existent I live in downtown Vancouver but I really regret moving from Mont Royal Square
