Assesments
I know someone in this building and have visited on a few occasions What can I say some buildings just look like they will have trouble This one always seemed like a good candidate for a leaky building no overhangs stucco appearing stained etc Not to mention it was built in 1994 Sure all that does not mean it will be leaky but guess what there are assesments of about 40 K approved for each unit Think I would stay away from this one atleast for now
