DO NOT Rent this unit until you see if it has had a MAJOR renovation Rented this from on line pictures for Winter Season 3 mos in 2017 As soon as we arrived my wife called contractor renting unit to complain about mold and dust in unit that was causing her breathing issues The came and clean out vents but still very dirty place Need following items to make it livable 1 All walls need painting bsdly 2 Need A C Heating unit thermostate replaced no where accurate 3 Needs ALL furniture thrown out and replaced e g all matrices make terrible noise when you move couches so dirty that you would not want to sit Patio furniture so bad cannot sit on etc 4 Need all new kitchen dishes pans what a hodge podge 5 Juccizi in msster bathroom had NEVER had jets taken out and cleaned DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS TUB
