Great location can be noisy
For 10 or more years I lived in a unit here and for the most part it was great The location is walking distance to TRU and shopping Back in the college days even walked home from downtown occasionally The units are wood frame and noise does transfer a bit On the weekends sometimes there are parties but I ve never seen anything dangerous
