This building and yard are very well maintained with on site caretaker Immediate response to any problems Great building to live in the older residents are eagle eyed as far as security the younger residents are off to work all day It is a great location close to at least half a dozen parks and an indoor pool A block to a beautiful view of the ocean Burrard inlet and North and West Van
