I have lived in this building for 4 years and like it more and more as time goes It's a quality building built by Bosa The building had tons of updates in the recent a few years such as new elevator new piping new carpet new fire panel etc The building envelop maintenance just got done last year It's like a new building or maybe even better to some extent The suites are huge and have beautiful views A lot of units have more than one parking and storage rooms are very spacious The location is fantastic Science World BC Place Rogers Arena Olympic Village Chinatown Vancouver Downtown are all within walking distance Seawall is minutes away for running cycling jogging skating Skytrain station train station and buses are right around the corner The building has only 75 residential units Most residents are owners People in the building are friendly and get along very well It's a gem
