Thees are good buildings 2 The roof is less than 10 years old It has been repiped The lobbies have been updated within the last 4 years New carpet in all hallways Well maintained amenities including saunas pool hot tub lounge workshop and new gym currently being put in Large suites all with gas fireplaces low maintenance fees which include heat hot water and gas as well as access to all amenities Well maintained large attractive grounds which include an outdoor bbq area due for updating Very proactive council who are determined to keep building current

I have a freind in this complex and have had several visits to the building On first glance this is not the most impressive complex it is old so you have to give it that but looks like it need to maintenace on the outside and just generally not pleasing to the eye OK I figured once inside it may be different as is the case with many older buildings Wrong the inside needs to be updated more than the outside it is like travelling back in time except if you were to go back in time atleast things would be in better condition well the suites are altelast a goiod size and you can update them as you see fit as long as you don't mind the feeling you get while coming and going form your suite There is a good size pool which appears to be taken care of What more can I say I never like the feeling of buying something that feels like it should be a rental
