I currently own a unit in this building and have to say that apart from the initial plumbing issues I absolutely love it here To put light on the pump issue first yup it was painful bearing those sounds and the pipe bursts in 2009 did not make life easier but I must say that it has been taken care of well No more leaks the noise is gone and from what I have found out after talking to the management they are in the process of replacing the booster pumps and being a mechanical engineer myself I can vet that the new system they are putting in place is nothing but the best available in the market at this point I was also told about how they are taking steps to reduce the overall building expenditure which I am assuming should benefit the owners in terms of maintenance As we know already the management has also gone ahead and arranged for dryer duct lint duct cleaning for all units at subsidized group rates Overall the building is well maintained the staff is friendly and I have never had any issues with any of the owners or tenants either considering that I live on the 12 th floor and I don't know any Indian Owner's nephew I myself am an Indian Owner and sure as hell not the same one since my nephew is only 1 yr old and lives half way across the world P

I still own a unit in this buiding We have been here for 3 years simply because we live very busy lives and dont have the energy to move The security guards are all old and cant do anything to protect us They are absent often making rounds in the building They are not very helpful We dont have bike racks we are forced to park our bikes in the lockers and bring them out when we need them very difficult for kids with 3 bikes The elevator seems to be always breaking down Dont buy in this condominium

I know that indian guy nephew of 12 th floor My old friend single has lived there for a few month he has big trouble with him Room are not big good size for singe guy but expensive We are Indian but we never trust him Believe you can find better room not this building
