To anyone considering building a new condo with Streetside Developments for the Red Haus complexes I just wanted to share my experience It started off good but after everything was signed the customer service was terrible My original salesman left and did not bother to return my emails or calls The second salesman I dealt with also did not bother to return my emails or calls and left after a short period as well In 6 months time I am now dealing with a third different salesman who has no knowledge of my history since buying the condo Also what I was told I would get when I bought the condo was suddenly changed later on Even though one of the salesman tried to bring it up to head office for me in the end they chose to not follow through with their word and I got a condo that I now will not be happy with I overall would not recommend building a new condo with Streetside as my personal experience was not a good one due to very poor customer service
