Where to start The units are across the street from the train and wow did this place shake and rumble when the train went by The bed practically lifted off the floor It was so loud my guests thought the train had derailed and was heading towards the unit We actually had to pause the TV when a train passed which was fairly often And forget opening the windows or sitting outside might as well have a patio table right in the train station So there is no fresh air And since the units are right on Waukegan road even the traffic is noisy The snow plows are the worst scraping by at 4 or 5 am Miserable And the old leaky windows don't help It was so bad that the winter gusts blew my tissues right off my nightstand We tried caulking we used the draft blockers and still the wind whipped through the windows And since the units are 3 levels the heating AC doesn't function properly The 3rd level bedrooms was horribly hot in the summer and the lower level family room is freezing in the winter We...
