I am renting a 2 bedroom apartment in this building overall we're happy living here but here's a few points potential buyers might want to know The parking stalls are very small we have a new mid sized sedan and we have 6 on either side of the car when parked Very hard to get in and out of the car it's the main reason we're moving after the lease is up I ve never seen such small spots seriously The trains blow their horns all day and night when they come to the crossing by the quay it makes the skytrain noise seem like a whisper It's a rental building lots of young people The area is still under construction june 2010 so there is a lot of dust and construction noise still The building seems of average construction several unfinished areas Good security so far and a good building manager to keep the partyers in line As a long time New West resident I m impressed with the improvement in the neighbourhood lots of police presence I guess Should be a great area in a couple of years
