8 Storey Apartment Building very inconvenient with one elevator which was built when building built more then 40 years before Very poorly managed by only one person poorly owned by not Management but only one single owner Never ever live in those building which is managed or owned by single person not the Management Company Very poor response for any maintanance issue smelly low profile tenents many living with govt cheques Many security breach happend
