Where to begin My partner and I rented a unit in this building beginning in December 2008 The building had just been completed and we were the first to live in the unit We were renting from the builders as they had not been able to sell any of the units Although the unit has many expensive finishings granit countertops tile backsplash heated bamboo flooring there are many small indescrepancies that make you wonder in how many other ways did they cut corners in construction Such as holes in the ceiling that were never repaired an outlet in the middle of the mirror in the bathroom the insuite washer and dryer being stacked although the bathroom was designed for them to sit side by side with a shelf above them but they miscalculated not leaving enough room to open the doors on the appliances There are already cracks in the foundation The worst of all though is that the building was broken into numerous times caused primarily by the negligence of the company managing it The only good thing was the location close to downtown Overall poor quality construction and terrible management
