Nicer atmosphere when the units were new The only amenity is the clubhouse but not worth the strata fees The gardens in the back of some units are horrible No grass just mud Quite the turnover of families and Strata managers Most neighbours have dogs which is a problem at times in the park areas A lot of problems with flooding and leaks in some units over the years as well as parking issues and loud music
