unit very cosy feels more like a townhouse nice building self managed cheap to heat smaller building less hassles with owners than a big complex strata pro active and manage budget very well they still have some renos to do but on top of it Lots of renos done in last 2 years Very safe away from the scummy area of downtown very convenient to everything

I used to live in this building The people that live there are very friendly I enjoyed the community very much and i always felt safe The building has recently undergone renovations like a new roof The strata is very proactive I wish i did not have to move away
