I have visited freinds in this building a few times and have always been very impressed The fist thing that I like here is the location it is in a nicely treed area near Burnaby Mountian Golf Course also short walking distance to IGA and a nice community Strip mall with a great little pub All round just a really nice neighborhood Then there is the complex grounds are impressive and the outdoor pool is not bad either When you get in the common areas have been nicely updated with paint and carpet and the suites are large you don't see this in any of the newer buildings this really feels like an upscale building and there doesn't seemto be anything else like it in the area I really don't have anything bad to say about it
