Worst Building I ve Ever Lived In

Be warned I would not purchase any unit in this building as it is made of the poorest construction Current mgmt seller has no rental experience and bought 127 through foreclosure Too many issues with air conditioning flooring and overall construction of building Builder also built townhomes on Arcadia and they have major foundation issues If you decide to buy use your own home inspector do not use the realtor's inspector as she is just trying to sell the units Although location is okay one tenant had his car broken into and current mgmt couldn't have cared less For a new building there are too many issues that wouldn't make it worth the investment Good luck to anyone who decide to live here
