The suite I visited in the building had a great view and a great feel A freind moved in this building a couple of years ago and I had the opportunity to visit soon after that I remember a clean well maintianed building although qiute old in age The grounds were very well taken care of as well This is one of those places you just get the feeling that all the owners really care about the building Location is pretty good as well it is close to Kensington Crossing and all the shops is has to offer as well as close to the main sections of hastings Transit recreation etc This is a pretty good value in an area of more expensive homes
