This building has been repiped recently and they have just approved putting in new windows Great for an older buildng with these upgrades should be good for years to come

I recently visited a unit in this complex and was impressed with it it was a great size and the view was great downtown and the North s The building also seemed well taken care of The only thing I was not taken with was the location It seemed to be all alone there did not seem to be much action which is something I would look for on Hastings All in all it just seems a bit desolate Otherwise not bad and it is close to all that Hastings has to offer so it is very convenient One strange feature is that the front door is on the back of the building away from Hastings if you do not know that ahead of time it may be very difficult to find
