Pacific Glen Peace and Quiet
This is a lovely building for couples who don't want kids and don't want to listen to other people's kids An 19 years and over building it is very quiet and well maintained No rentals or pets allowed so all the owners take pride in the property It had a leaky balcony problem a few years ago but was fixed and rainscreened still under waranty A beautiful courtyard and common area across the street from Coquitlam Centre walking distance to the pool library and city hall
