Merklin Residences at 1450 Merklin Street is nbsp an outstanding building in the heart of White Rock nbsp Some nbsp of the units have fabulous views of Mt Baker or of the ocean sunset nbsp This complex has nbsp secured underground parking nbsp Merklin Residences is centrally located within walking distance to shopping White Rock Town Centre nbsp and great restaurants

Avoid if renting Noisy
The administration are hostile to renters unfriendly and go beyond rigid enforcement of Strata rules into unreasonableness Very difficult to deal with and resort quickly to landlord and written complaints The building on the street side is also noisy There is very frequent landscaping on the street and near constant and very loud noise from seagulls Also the construction of the building is not concrete and so there's lots of audible noise from other units The public areas in the building are kept over warm I regret renting in this building
