It's really amazing living so close to the Skytrain station a Save on Foods mall various fast food places and right above a dentist who's really good My condo faces the skytrain but it's not loud or noticeable in the slightest And I m on a floor that's about level with the skytrain The one thing that is noticeable though is that it gets ridiculously hot in the summer time and it's hard to get breeze going through unless you open the windows in the main room and then open the window in the master bedroom's bathroom The living space seems a bit cramped but it's not too bad We fit a square table in the middle and a couch and tv and it feels comfortable moving around The one awful thing about the place though is the fact that there's a desk built right into the unit I suppose it's meant to have a phone and keep your bills or something but it's too small to be useful at all for a computer or anything We could have put that space to use so much better than what's there The other thing about the place which isn't awful but could have been better is the fact that the bedroom doors are pretty thin In that you can pretty much hear your roommates pretty clearly if you're trying to get to sleep at night Overall though the location is fantastic and looks and feels very nice

I went to one of the townhomes in this unit and now it's only a matter of time before i buy They are simply amazing with direct access to the parking through your back door and two patios out front 16 ft high vaulted ceilings make it seem way bigger than it is Also like everyone else has said you can't beat the location

I have to agree with Rob that the Tandem buildings are a little disappointing Not as good as others building in the area Decent but not spectacular However I have to say I like that the 2 bedroom layouts have the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo OMA is like that too if you are comparing

I have looked all 3 Tandem Towers and they are pretty much all the same I was looking at the 2 bed layout and to my dissapointment the layout is a make of a SHOEBOX Where you walk in and the dining and living room is just in front of the kitchen It makes the design very plain and boring Not much of a design I think I did not like the layout besides the nice contemporary kitchen Other than that their is nothing really good to say or different compare to many Condo's out there Very boring layout Would highly recommend going a block east to check out OMA instead as their finishing and layout is more high end

I thought this building was a high end condo building good for first time buyers The 2 bedroom condo I saw was laid out very nicely with a nice kitchen Not a huge condo but all the rooms were big enough Nice shops and Starbucks on the ground level Nothing really negative to say except that maybe the Skytrain could be a little noisy
