Been renting a unit on the mid level So far so good What I liked about this building is convenience U can find almost everything either downstair or at nearby Brentwood Mall Dont forget Skytrain and busloop is just 5 min away Safe environment and friendly people around The only thing I dont like is the noise from the skytrain track and ambulance siren as this building is near the edge of Willingdon Ave Lougheed Highway so u get lots of ambulance siren driving to and fro Burnaby hospital However all this are small issues or no issue at all to some If you intend to buy or rent go ahead Just that the prices is relatively high at this moment of time

I ve seen condos in all of the Buchanan buildings in the Brentwood area of Burnaby The three buildings are the same The floorplans are basically identical The Buchanan North was the last to be built of the three The condos are quite spacious good layouts Very typical Bosa Appia stuff Great location just a block from Brentwood Town Centre

I visited a friend in this building They had a condo on the north side and had nice views of the Vancouver The condo was large nice finishings and kitchen Super location near everything skytrain Brentwood Mall Save on Foods One of the best I ve seen
