Property management company vision community management and HOA Sir Mortgage does not seem to enforce rules that are outlined in the CC R s By laws of the HOA residents walk dogs off leash and don't pick up after their pets dogs and throw trash all over the property Security lights don't work often the gates and or fountain is broken It often takes 2 3 weeks to get the gate fixed because the HOA has no money to fix it landscaping has dies due to the irrigation system not working This property is pooly constructed and you can hear EVERYTHING thru the walls and floors of the building Overall a very bad value
